Dear St. Nicholas Family,

• What are we doing well as a Church community?
• What could we do better?
• Looking outside our community, what opportunities do you see?
• What external factors could pose challenges for our Parish?

We are interested in everyone's participation and helpful insights. All are welcome—including teenage and adult members of a household, and those newer to our community, such as catechumens and informal seekers. We recommend that each member of a household fill out the survey separately.

Please complete the linked survey above entitled "SWOT Parish Survey" — Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats. Submit your survey responses by email to stnickport@gmail.com using the Word document or leave at the Church office by May 24. Or choose to submit the survey using the Google Form link. No matter how you complete the survey, your input will be read and shared anonymously with our parish community in an effort to build on our legacy and strengthen our future.

Additionally, we will host an Open Community Forum at 6:30 on May 21, to explain our process and receive any additional parishioner input. In the meantime, please help us by letting your voice be heard and returning a completed survey no later than May 24th.
